SPA POLICY
- Please consult your physician if you are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, heart condition, allergies and/or recent injuries before you visit.
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies in order to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Less than 8 hours' notice will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Full fee will be imposed for no show. Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time.
- We recommend no jewellery and watches to be worn during treatment. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the Spa.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a complimentary personal consultation with our Spa Counsellor.
- All treatment packages, courses, products and memberships are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.
SPA ETIQUETTE
- We request that noise level be kept to a minimum at both the treatment area and relaxation lounge to maintain the peaceful environment. All cellular phones, pagers and other electronic devices are to be switched off.
- Disposable underwear is provided for all body and water treatments
- Please tell your concerns, if any, to your therapist as only then would he/she deliver a treatment to your satisfaction.
- Tipping is not practiced at Renewal Day Spa. However, staff will be pleased in accepting gratuity should you feel they have performed an excellent service.
