SPA POLICY  

1. Please consult your physician if you are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, heart condition, allergies and/or recent injuries before you visit.
2. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies in order to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Less than 8 hours' notice will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Full fee will be imposed for no show. Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time.
3. We recommend no jewellery and watches to be worn during treatment. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the Spa.
4. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a complimentary personal consultation with our Spa Counsellor.
5. All treatment packages, courses, products and memberships are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

SPA ETIQUETTE  

1. We request that noise level be kept to a minimum at both the treatment area and relaxation lounge to maintain the peaceful environment. All cellular phones, pagers and other electronic devices are to be switched off.
2. Disposable underwear is provided for all body and water treatments
3. Please tell your concerns, if any, to your therapist as only then would he/she deliver a treatment to your satisfaction.
4. Tipping is not practiced at Renewal Day Spa. However, staff will be pleased in accepting gratuity should you feel they have performed an excellent service.
